Operational efficiencies & Growth

PlayVerto: I worked directly with the founder and CEO of EdTech company PlayVerto to build the foundations for their scale-up. I coached the junior product team through a product audit and product-market-fit assessment to build replicable assets; re-package the company's products and implement a peer-led coaching system, tightening and expediting product development cycles. I assessed the company's budgets and financial statements against their vendor list and client pipeline to reconfigure subscriptions, procurement strategy, suppliers' SLAs and payment terms, saving PlayVerto 10% of its budget. I also managed a large client to grow revenue tenfold with a multi-threaded sales strategy.

Mossbourne Federation: the board of Mossbourne Federation engaged me at a time when they were considering investing equity in an emergent Learning Management System. I developed financial projections and a valuation model for the investment and I researched and built market and competitor analysis to inform and advise the Federation's non exec team on different funding structures and options. With my contribution, the Federation successfully secured their investment in EdTech provider MossPAM.

London School of Economics, Generate: the founder and Director of LSE Generate engaged me to help them secure funding for the subsequent five years of the Schools Programme and plan for scale. I developed the business plan, financial projections and valuations; I led fundraising and managed investor relations to successfully secure the funding. I also worked directly with the team to formulated corporate, growth and marketing strategies and oversaw their execution to successfully launch the programme's first D2C offering.

Talent

My passion lies in building digital futures of first-class humans and not second-class robots.

I enjoy partnering with bold leaders to design work futures that drive fulfilment alongside performance.

Leadership in AI

AI Leaders Lab: the first AI learning Lab for execs and directors to not just adopt AI, but shape and lead AI adoption in their sector. Collaboration with the Lab ensures that AI does not stop at experiments but it's built at a foundational and organisational level; it does not break, but it builds on the firm's workflow; and it does not cost the firm its best talent.

This six-months, invite-only, cohort-based programme helps leaders:

  • Build AI perspective and literacy across the exec team, not knowledge that leaves with one member of staff

  • Take a clear adopt / buy / build / partner decision on the tech in front of them

  • Leave with one automation, built from pilot to production, not stuck in a demo, and the know-how to build more

  • Inform a board-ready position: what you will and won't automate, who shapes it and how the rewards are shared.

The Lab was launched in 2026, in collaboration with HR and WorkTech veteran Gareth Jones and AI and data expert David Herman, PhD
